Hi, I'm Jeremy Salame the founder of Word on the Street. I am a grade 12 AP English student attending Chaminade College School. After years of consideration I have finally decided to pursue my passion in blogging. Specifically, blogging about my favorite subject, "English." Word on the Street is all about relating English class to real life. I am simply here to teach you a key life lesson and make YOUR life easier when it comes to the takeaway messages in your English class that might benefit you in the real world. The Purpose of Word On The Street

While you read through the various blog posts, I want you to understand that that Word on the Street has one main purpose to teach the reader a crucial life lesson. The purpose of Word on the Street is to help the reader understand that life is unpredictable. One minute everything is going exactly as planned and then out of the blue, your whole world crashes down. You never know what sort of event might happen. When you read through these posts and for the rest of your life I want you to remember these two phrases:

1. We do not know which day will be our last

2. Our time is limited

Whichever stage in life we are at right now, with time, we will face the day when the curtain comes down. This being said, put a smile on your face and go out and accomplish whatever it is you want to do! (After you read our blog posts)
